Therefore, we need to specify a population where it is acknowledged that the population will change, based on how the requirements develop and evolve.
However, such a definition is focused on only two possible population definitions. In practice there are a number of possible populations that can be considered. 1 Defining the Target Populations The most obvious population to refer to is the target population. However, the problem is that the composition of the target population depends on the context of the discussion. It does not even always refer to the product users.
