Sie ist hingegen meistens betrachtlich in Zeiten mit starken Neuemissionen oder in Krisenperioden. I n Zeiten, in denen die Spekulanten eine Haussebewegung entfachen, zeigt sieb eine Vermehrung der fluktuierenden Papiere, weil es da leicht vorkommt, daB die Banken und Sparer den Optimismus der Spekulanten nicbt vollig teilen und die hohen Preise ausniitzen, um einen Teil ihrer Papiere zu verkaufen.
