One important method as described earlier is centrality analysis [5], which determines the relative importance of vertices (nodes) in a network based on their connectivity within the network structure.
Hence, the eigenvector centrality measure is ideally suited for influence type processes. Using each node’s degree centrality (DC) and Eigen Vector Centrality (EVC) as a proxy for its importance a method is proposed in this section to discover the hierarchy of a terrorist network (directed graph) into two stages as described below: – Converting undirected graph intodirected graph. – Converting directed graph into hierarchy. e. to give information about leaders and followers).
